2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and terms of the product or service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the website [Website Name] owned by the Seller.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification within 14 days after receiving the product.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via e-mail.
5.3. The returned product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Customized or personalized products requested by the Buyer.

• Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, earphones, etc.).

• Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life.

7. WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. The Seller is responsible for defective products under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
7.2. In the case of a defective product, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days from the delivery date.
7.3. The product must be returned with its invoice.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes between the Buyer and the Seller, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's or Seller's jurisdiction shall have authority.

9. ENFORCEMENT
By electronically approving this Agreement, the Buyer accepts all terms and conditions stated herein.
